For CRO business development

Reach the sponsor before the RFP exists.

Discover every industry sponsor in your therapeutic areas, watch for the trial start, phase move or raise that opens a buying window, and reach the people who scope the work.

Life Sciences bundle from $200 a month for 200 accounts. Single seats from $85.

“If we reach out too late, I don’t care how well my messages or my colleague’s email is or LinkedIn message. If they’ve already signed for like their phase two study, they’re just not going to be interested.”
COO, European biometrics CRO, September 2026

Timing is the whole job. A BD leader at a mid-size global CRO put it more bluntly: find the money, find the opportunities. Once the sponsor has signed for the study, the quality of your outreach stops mattering.

What you can do today

Discover the sponsors, not just the trials

Filter drug developers by therapeutic area, highest phase, modality and HQ country, then add the matches straight to an account list. Modality covers small molecules, biologics, cell, gene, RNA, vaccines and radiopharmaceuticals.

Watch for the moment the window opens

Trial starts, phase transitions, readouts, approvals and financing, tracked per account. A phase two readout and a fresh raise are the two events that most often precede a CRO conversation.

Reach the people who scope the work

Verified contacts by function across clinical operations, outsourcing and CMC, with draft outreach anchored to the trial. HubSpot quick-links, Salesforce sync, and the API and MCP server for teams that want the raw data.

What is not built yet

You will hear this on the call anyway, so here it is first.

  • US state and Canadian province HQ filters
  • Multi-select HQ and headcount
  • Industry versus academic sponsor toggle
  • List export
  • Per-rep scoring profiles

There is also no free-text search across trial records. The search box matches company names and domains, not the text of a study.

By CRO type

Biometrics and statistical consulting

Phase two readouts and adaptive-design studies are the trigger. Track the sponsors whose trials are about to generate the analysis work you sell.

Bioanalytical and PK

First-in-human, bioequivalence and immunogenicity study starts, plus the financing and S-1 filings that fund them. Write to clinical pharmacology, not the chief executive.

Site networks

Recruiting-status changes and country additions per trial, so you see where a study is expanding while it is still enrolling.

Questions BD teams ask

How is this better than building a Claude agent on ClinicalTrials.gov?
An agent on the registry genuinely does a lot in a weekend, and that is the honest starting point. What it does not give you is entity resolution across sponsor aliases and subsidiaries, the history of trials that have already finished, the commercial contacts who scope the work, or an alert at 6am when something changes. If your team wants to build on top, take the same data through our API or MCP server instead of scraping it twice.
Do you cover European and smaller private biotechs?
Yes for anything that has registered a trial or filed publicly. Coverage thins the earlier you go: a company still in discovery with no registered study and no financing announcement may not appear at all. We would rather say that than let you find it in a demo.
Can I separate industry sponsors from university hospitals?
Partly today, using HQ and company filters. A dedicated industry versus academic toggle is on the roadmap. UK and EU registry results skew heavily academic, so if you sell only to industry sponsors this matters, and it is worth a conversation about how we filter it for your territory now.
Do you predict when an RFP will go out?
No. We show you the events that tend to come before one, such as a phase transition, a readout, a financing round or a run of clinical hires. Anyone claiming to predict the RFP itself is guessing, and a BD team can tell.
What does $200 a month buy?
The Life Sciences bundle is $200 a month for 200 tracked accounts and around five seats, which suits a small BD desk. The Life Sciences package is $500 a month for 500 accounts and up to 20 users. Both are monthly, and extra accounts are $1 per account per month in blocks of 100. A single $85 seat is also available, but it does not include life-sciences Discover, so it is for watching a book of accounts you already know rather than finding new sponsors.
Does it push to Salesforce without double entry?
Salesforce, yes: signals and account context sync in, and the managed package installs in 15 to 30 minutes. HubSpot today is quick-links from the account rather than a full two-way sync, so if HubSpot is your system of record it is worth asking where that stands before you buy.
